You will be part of a team providing personal care and support to customers based on their individual needs, choices and preferences. Your role is to enable and maximise independence and contribute to developing support services to address the longer term needs of customers where appropriate.

It is essential to have had some experience in a care setting, either in a paid or voluntary capacity. NVQ/QCF level 2 is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will have access to the Local government pension scheme, enhanced rates of pay for out of hours working and mileage allowances where applicable. Catalyst Choices is wholly owned by the staff team and upon employment you automatically gain ownership in the company.
